The Integrated adds power relocation for zero visible cords. The Gallery adds flush-mount design installation with an in-wall media enclosure for Frame TV and LG G Series displays. You supply the mount on Standard and Integrated; mount type and compatibility are confirmed during the scope call. TrueLVL can source the correct mount for you for a flat sourcing fee plus mount cost. The Gallery tier uses the manufacturer-supplied proprietary mount that ships with the display.

Fair question — and more common than you'd think. TrueLVL uses multiple stud detection methods, confirms location before drilling, and selects load-rated fasteners matched to the wall type and TV weight. Every stud location is verified, not assumed. If the wall has an unusual configuration (steel studs, offset framing, masonry behind drywall), that is identified during the pre-install photo review and scope call. The structural approach is confirmed before arrival.

A stud-secured installation leaves fastener holes at the mount points. That's just what a proper install looks like. We ensure those holes are at stud locations — structurally sound and clean to patch. Surface protection prevents incidental marks or scuffs during the job. If the mount ever comes down, a standard patch job is straightforward. Mount removal and wall repair is a separate service, and we can advise on the approach if it ever comes up.

Photos allow TrueLVL to confirm scope before arrival. That means we won't discover a stone fireplace surround or non-standard wall construction on the day of the job that requires a change in approach or a reschedule. After you book your preferred date, we send you a photo submission link. One straight-on wall shot per TV location. It takes about five minutes. We review the photos and then call you to confirm scope and lock the price. The result is that on install day, everything is confirmed. No surprises for either side.

The Standard is typically 45 to 75 minutes on-site for a straightforward drywall installation. The Integrated runs 90 to 120 minutes depending on wall configuration and power relocation. The Gallery is 2 to 3 hours given the scope. Job details and photos are reviewed before arrival, so the installation is not a discovery process. Arrival is prepared. Tools are correct for the job that was scoped. Nothing is being figured out in your living room.
