Frame TV and LG G Series ship with their own proprietary mount: the Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount or the LG Gallery bracket. TrueLVL installs that mount. You need it on hand. No separate flat mount is supplied or used.

The pre-install placement consultation is included only at Gallery. Viewing height, centering, and room geometry are decided before the first hole is drilled.

You have seen The Integrated at $449. It hides every cable and relocates power for a clean, finished wall. The reasonable question: what does Gallery add for $200 more?

It is not a different mount in the box. Frame TV and LG G Series ship with their own proprietary mounts. The difference is what happens when that mount meets the wall. A Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount has installation tolerances a standard flat mount does not. Minor wall bowing, texture buildup, or uneven stud planes create visible gap. Gallery includes wall surface assessment and correction to reach zero-gap alignment.

Gallery also includes a pre-install placement consultation, viewing height, centering, and room geometry decided before install day, and full display setup with Art Mode confirmation on a Frame TV. A flush-mounted display in the wrong position is a permanent decision that cannot be corrected without patching holes. The consultation prevents that.

A Frame TV that is not flush invalidates a $3,000 purchase. This is the install that gets it right the first time.

The Television Looks Like It Was Always There.

The finished state of a Gallery install. The room exactly as you will find it once the work is done.

The TV sits flush to the wall. Zero gap between the display and the surface. From across the room it reads as part of the wall, not mounted on it.

No visible cables anywhere. Signal cables run through the wall in CL3-rated, NEC-compliant runs, and power is relocated to a recessed outlet behind the display. The wall behind the TV is clean.

Art Mode is active and configured on a Frame TV. The display transitions between art and TV mode, and the motion sensor is calibrated. For LG G Series, the display settings are optimized.

The placement is intentional. Height and centering were decided during the consultation, measured, not improvised. The result looks considered.

Your devices are managed in the in-wall media enclosure. HDMI inputs verified, network confirmed. Nothing to discover after we leave.

You review the flush alignment and the finished result, and you approve it. The job is complete only when you say so.

Install day

The proprietary mount is installed to spec. Cables routed in-wall, devices connected, Art Mode or display settings configured. You review the flush alignment and approve.

Is Gallery actually different from Integrated, or am I just paying more?

It is different, and the difference is specific. The Integrated uses a standard flat mount and delivers a clean, wire-free result, which is an excellent installation for standard displays. Gallery exists for Frame TV and LG G Series, which require a different process. The difference is not a mount in the box. It is flush-mount precision: wall surface assessment to eliminate gap, installation of the proprietary Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount or LG Gallery bracket to its specific tolerances, and a pre-install placement consultation that sets the right position before the first hole is drilled.

Do I need to buy the Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount separately, or is it included?

The Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount, or the LG Gallery bracket, ships with the display. It is the manufacturer-supplied mount designed for that exact TV model. TrueLVL does not sell or supply a separate mount for Gallery installations. The Gallery tier installs the mount that came with your TV. If you have lost or do not have the manufacturer mount, you need to acquire one before the installation is scheduled. The value of Gallery is installing that proprietary mount to its designed tolerances so the display sits perfectly flush.

What if my wall is not perfectly flat? Will the Frame TV still sit flush?

Wall surface irregularities, minor bowing, texture buildup, uneven stud planes, or drywall inconsistencies, are the main cause of visible gap on a flush-mount install. Gallery includes wall surface assessment as part of the pre-install consultation and photo review. If surface correction is needed to reach flush alignment, it is handled during the installation. This is a known part of the process, not an unexpected one. It is surface preparation, not a construction project.

Will Art Mode work correctly after installation?

Yes. For a Samsung Frame TV, Art Mode setup and configuration is included. Art Mode is activated, the display transitions correctly between art and TV mode, the motion sensor is calibrated, and the display settings are optimized. You do not have to configure Art Mode yourself after installation. Art Mode is a Samsung Frame TV feature. For an LG G Series or another display, the equivalent display settings are configured and verified during setup. TrueLVL configures the display and verifies it works; it does not provide artwork subscriptions or curate art selections.

Can I get a Gallery installation on a stone or brick wall?

Yes, with the specialty surface add-on at +$100 for brick, stone, or tile. The installation process on masonry is different: different anchoring hardware, different tools, different technique. The +$100 covers that additional scope. The wall surface is assessed during the photo review and scope call to confirm the approach before install day. What about LG G Series? Is Gallery only for Samsung Frame TV?

Gallery serves both Samsung Frame TV and LG G Series displays. Both are flush-mount displays that ship with proprietary mounting brackets: the Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount and the LG Gallery bracket. The installation process, the precision requirements, and the pre-install consultation apply equally to both. The page references Frame TV more often because it is the more common display in this category, but Gallery is designed for any display that requires flush-mount installation using a manufacturer-supplied proprietary bracket. Describe your display during the quote and the scope call confirms Gallery is the right tier.
