Privacy policy body
TrueLVL provides custom TV mounting and audio/visual installation in the DFW Metroplex. This policy describes what information we collect from you, what we do with it, who we work with to deliver our service, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
We are a small, owner-operated business. This policy is written to be readable, not to be defensive. If something here is unclear or if you want a copy of your information, email us at privacy@truelvl.com.
What we collect
When you use the quote builder at /quote, we collect the answers you give about your install (TV count, install location, surface type, mount preferences, and the other questions in the flow). When you complete the quote, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and zip code so we can contact you about your install. If you book an install, we collect your install date and time window. If you submit photos of your install location, we store those photos with your record so our installer can review them before the scope call.
When you call us, our AI receptionist may answer the call if our owner is not available. The receptionist transcribes the call and stores the transcript with your record. If you reply to a text message from us, our SMS AI may handle the reply on our behalf; those messages are stored with your record.
When you pay the booking deposit or final invoice, payment is processed through Stripe inside our scheduling tool. Stripe handles your payment information directly. We never see your card number.
We also collect first-party analytics from your visit (page views, conversion events, a pseudonymous identifier that does not contain your name or contact information). When you arrive at our site through a marketing link or another website, we record the campaign, ad, or referring website that brought you to us. This is how we know whether the quote builder is working and which marketing channels are bringing us customers.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to deliver the install service you came to us for. That means we use it to confirm your booking and send you the signed agreement, run the scope call, prepare for your install, complete your install, send your final invoice, and follow up if something needs attention.
We may also use first-party event data (not your name, email, or phone) to improve the quote builder over time. Those events carry a record identifier so we can see how the funnel performs end to end, but they do not carry your personal information.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing. We do not buy lists. We do not share your information with anyone outside our service-delivery toolset.
Who we work with
To deliver our service, we use a small set of third-party tools. Each one handles a specific part of running the business.

Twilio and Resend may briefly carry your name and phone number in operational alerts to our owner. Those alerts go only to our owner. They are not used to contact you, market to you, or share with anyone else.
GoHighLevel uses subcontractors of its own to handle voice transcription and AI message generation. We do not contract those providers directly; GoHighLevel's privacy practices govern that layer.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. See the "Do Not Sell or Share My Information" section below for the short version.
How long we keep it
We keep your record for as long as we need it to run the business, defend against any dispute, and meet our tax and warranty obligations. In practice that means we keep records of completed installs for the lifetime of the workmanship warranty, which is open-ended. We keep records of incomplete or lost leads for the same period, because we sometimes need to look back at our own history.
Our operational logs (the technical records of what happened on our website) are automatically deleted after seven days. Those logs do not contain your name, email, phone, or address.

How to ask us to delete your information
Email privacy@truelvl.com and tell us you want your information deleted. Use the email address we have on file, or include enough information for us to confirm the request is actually from you.
We will delete your record within 45 days of confirming the request. That includes your contact information, your install details, your photos, any voice transcripts or SMS history with our AI, and any payment reference IDs. Some records we are required to keep for tax purposes (typically seven years for completed installs); we will let you know if that applies to your request.
Operational logs that contain no personal information will expire on their own seven-day cycle. You do not need to ask separately for those.
About our AI receptionist
If you call us and our owner is not available, an AI receptionist may answer your call. The receptionist can read back what's on your record (your contact information and install details), answer common questions about our service, and pass you to our owner if you would rather talk to him directly. The receptionist cannot book your install, quote a specific price, change your scope, issue a refund, or reschedule. If you want any of those things, the receptionist will pass you to our owner.
If you reply to a text from us, our SMS AI may handle the reply. The same rules apply: it can read back what's on your record, and it passes anything substantive to our owner.
Our AI is honest. If you ask whether you are talking to an AI, the receptionist or SMS AI will tell you directly and offer to pass you to our owner.
Cookies and storage
Our website uses first-party Google Analytics cookies on the marketing pages and inside the quote builder. We use these cookies to understand how the website and the quote builder are working, not to track you across other websites. The cookies record what pages you viewed and a pseudonymous identifier that does not contain your name, email, or phone number. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers anywhere on the site.
The quote builder also uses session storage in your browser to remember your answers across the multi-step flow. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
We do not run a cookie consent banner because we do not run third-party trackers that would require one.
Do Not Sell or Share My Information
TrueLVL does not sell or share customer information. Period.
We engage the third-party tools listed under "Who we work with" to deliver our service to you. Engaging those tools to deliver the service you came to us for is not "selling" or "sharing" your information in any meaningful sense, and California law does not treat it that way either.

Out-of-area visitors
TrueLVL serves the DFW Metroplex. If you live outside our service area, you are welcome to use the website, but we will not be able to book you. If you submit a quote from outside our service area, our scope call will tell you.
If you are visiting from outside the United States, this website is operated under the laws of Texas. We honor deletion requests from any jurisdiction at the email above, on the same 45-day timeline.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will let you know.
